YOU WILL NEEDCAKE 

  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten 

  • ¼ cup butter (soft) 

  • ½ cup cream (water works too but cream is recommended. At least 10% cream. You can use 35% cream for a richer cake) 

YOU WILL NEED: FROSTING 

  • 4oz cream cheese (1/2 brick), super soft 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Remove clear pouch found inside your bag and set aside. 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F 

  1. Add butter to a large mixing bowl. Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, on medium speed beat eggs with butter until mixture is a light pale yellow color.  

  1. Add contents found directly inside your pouch to your bowl. Beat on low speed until mixture begins to incorporate. Add cream a little at a time and beat with a spoon the rest of the way until incorporated. Batter will be stiff 

  1. Pour batter into a parchment lined or greased and floured standard sized loaf pan (9x5). 

  1. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean. 

  1. COOL completely inside your loaf pan and then transfer to a wire rack to frost. 

 

Prepare Frosting: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffyEmpty contents of unlabeled bag (removed in step 1) into the cream cheese. Beat on medium speed until soft, fluffy and combined. Spread onto your cake. Top with contents of SMALL unlabeled bag and serve when cool. Refrigerate any un-used portion of cake. Slices well and freezes great.
