YOU WILL NEED: BREAD PUDDING

  •          3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  •          ¼ cup butter, melted
  •          3 cups whole milk
  •          10 slices of stale bread or buns, cut into cubes

You Will Need: WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE

  •          1 egg
  •          2 tablespoons butter, melted
  •          1 cup whole milk

 

DIRECTIONS

  1.     Preheat oven to 375F (190 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish
  2.     Empty 2 clear bags from your pouch and set aside
  3.     In a mixing bowl whisk your eggs, butter, and milk together. Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into your wet mix and blend together. Add your bread cubes and stir to coat your bread cubes in your mix. Open a small clear bag (cherries) and toss them into your bread mix.
  4.     Lightly spoon your bread mix into your prepared baking dish.
  5.     Bake bread pudding in your preheated oven until browned and set in the middle – about 50 minutes. Cover the dish with foil after 30 minutes to prevent excessive browning of the top layer.
  6.     Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving while you make your sauce
  7.     In a heavy saucepan add your medium unlabeled bag along with butter, egg, and milk. Heat your sauce over medium heat, whisking constantly until thickened and the sauce coats the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes.  Pour sauce over your warm bread pudding or serve on the side in a bowl
