YOU WILL NEED

  • 4 cups of your mix found inside your pouch
  • 2/3 cup honey or maple syrup or agave
  • 1/3 cup light flavored oil (vegetable, canola, safflower, sunflower as example) or melted coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

Your mix will make enough for 2 batches of protein powered granola. Shake your bag well before you scoop out your mix

  1. Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
  3. Empty 4 cups of your mix into a large bowl and set aside.
  4. In another medium bowl, whisk your syrup along with your oil until combined. Pour over your granola mixture and toss to coat. Make sure all of your granola mix is covered
  5. Spread your granola mix onto your prepared baking sheet
  6. Bake for 45 minutes. Stir and toss your granola every 15 minutes (really important to prevent burning)
  7. Remove granola from the oven and allow it to cool complete. Break up and enjoy!
  8. Store in an airtight container.

Make Ahead & Freezing Instructions: Granola is the perfect recipe to make ahead because it stays fresh for so long. Store this in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
