You Will Need: 4 CUPS of the mix, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup honey

Directions:
1. Position the oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 300°F.
Lightly spray large a baking sheet with nonstick spray.


2. Combine honey and vegetable oil in a small saucepan and bring to simmer over medium heat.

3. Place the oat mixture in a large bowl and pour the hot liquid over the oats. 

4. Using your hands, toss the mixture until it is thoroughly combined.

5. Spread the granola mix onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. It is ready in approximately
30 – 40 minutes.

6. Transfer the sheet to a rack and cool granola completely.
Break up with your hands after it cools enough to handle.

Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
