Makes an 8x8 or 9x9 pan-ful

YOU WILL NEED: 

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten 

  • 1 ¼ cups milk 

  • ½ cup butter 

  • 1 can corn (sweet) + 1 can creamed corn; both drained 

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.  

  1. Melt butter, set aside 

  1. Empty contents found inside your pouch into a large bowl. Create a well (hole) in the center of your bowl and pour your butter into that hole. Gently mix your dry and wet ingredients together. Whisk in your eggs and milk.   

  1. Stir in your corn (both cans, drained) 

  1. Top with any additional cheese (optional) 

  1. Pour into a well greased 8x8 baking dish 

  1. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the center is set and the casserole is brown on the top. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
