Thunderbird Casserole

This hearty corn casserole is so good you'll want to scrape the dish clean. It's full of sweet corn and a mix of savory flavors, with notes of chives and onion, and it's jazzed up with cheddar and parmesan throughout. Plus, it's kissed with garlic for an extra zing. The result is a moist and tender side dish that's perfect for cook-out meals. It's delicious with baked beans and hamburgers, but it also stands on its own as a great addition to any picnic or potluck. Makes an 8x8 or 9x9 pan-ful
