The Sugar Count Savories

We have worked with nutritionists and dieticians to develop the start of our sugar count savory line up. We have incorporated superfoods, that, according to the American Diabetes Association are part of their top 10 foods everyone should eat to superpower their diet.  As with their mantra, we believe by and large, nutrition (balance thereof) should be and can be achieved by eating real food and we want to share that mantra and passion with you.

Our dietary line up will contain some of the following superfoods in our mixes. We not only believe in being ‘sugar conscious’ but we aim to provide solutions that are cognizant of the glycemic index as well as overall healthy and balanced nutrition. It’s not simply about losing the sugar. It is about whole body nourishment!

  • Beans
  • Spinach, Kale, Collards (the powerhouse foods!)
  • Whole Grains
  • Nuts, Seeds, Flax and Chia
  • Plant Based Proteins
