YOU WILL NEED  

  • ½ cup butter, melted and cooled to room temperature 

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Melt butter and let it cool to room temperature 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper 

  1. Empty contents of mix into a medium sized bag.  Add melted butter and egg to mixture and beat with a spoon until fully incorporated. If mixture is dry, add in 1 tablespoon water and work the dough until dough forms 

  1. Refrigerate mix for 10 minutes in the fridge 

  1. Remove cookie dough from fridge and roll your cookie dough in between your hands to form balls.  (The nutrition is formatted for 8 cookies. Divide mix 8 ways for 8 cookies or make smaller cookies for 1g net carb cookie servings) 

  1. Flatten only a SMALL amount on the top.   

  1. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes. They may look slightly under-done in the middle before you remove them from the oven. They will continue to bake on your pan after removing.  

  1. COOL completely on your oven pan, move to a rack and enjoy.
