And this program is not designed to make someone miserable.
And quite frankly I don't want someone joining this program who wants to come and starve themselves for the sake of what the scale says. Because that's not healthy either
This program is not for someone that thinks they can lose 10 pounds a week. That's also not healthy and I don't support that point of view
This program is for health, wellness and LIVING at the same time ....and yes weight loss may just darn well be a byproduct of your healthy habit success

Offers fully guided advice by Jenn (founder and owner of Do You Bake) who not only lost over 100 pounds naturally over 10 years ago but also recently shed all her baby weight in 14 months and is now using health boosting strategies to not only lose a little extra weight (to get to her own personal happy healthy weight) but to boost the immune system, reduce inflammation and improve overall gut health. They are workouts that can be done anywhere and any time with minimal to no equipment and minimal time (less than 10 minutes a snack style session. Get on zoom with Jenn, workout together, have fun and bring on some sweat!
