YOU WILL NEED

  •          1 ½ cups water
  •          2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  •          Spray or coconut oil or oil or butter for greasing your pan

 

DIRECTIONS

  1.      Empty contents of your pouch into a medium sized bowl
  2.      Add water and whisk your dry and wet ingredients together until they are well blended. There will be small lumps and that’s ok.  Let your batter rest for 5 minutes room temperature before cooking
  3.      Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add your butter or oil to the pan and swirl around to coat pan
  4.      Pour ¼ cup of your batter in round shapes on your pan, being careful not to over crowd your pan. Let the first side cook well enough to flip. It takes 1 to 2 minutes for the first side, until brown and ready to flip
  5.      Flip your pancake over and cook for about 30 seconds on the second side, until browned.
  6.      Serve topped with fruit, syrup and any other delicious pancake toppings of choice
