As a Sriracha Sauce : Add 2 tablespoons of your mix to 1/3 cup water. Stir vigorously with a whisk. Pour into a container with lid and refrigerate.

As a Spicy Cream cheese Spread : Add 1 tablespoon of your mix with 8oz (one brick) of soft cream cheese. Beat until blended. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate

Baked Spicy Buffalo Wings

  • 1/4 cup (67 mL) of prepared San-Fran Fire Mix
  • 2 lbs of chicken wings
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3 mL) of sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (3 mL) of fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup (67 mL) of butter
  • Cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 420°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with the oil, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  • Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are quite crispy.
  • While the wings are baking prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a small frying pan over medium high heat. Add the San-fran fire Sauce and whisk to combine.
  • When the chicken has finished cooking remove it from the oven and place it is a large clean bowl. Pour over the sauce and toss to coat everything well.
  • Serve immediately sprinkled with a little cilantro or parsley.
