You will need:
Olive oil; Optional: softened butter (from 2 tablespoons to 1/2 cup depending upon the size of your turkey). For flavorful stuffing: 3 to 4 cups stuffing mix, 1/2 cup melted butter.
1. Rub the turkey with olive oil and sprinkle on Rosemary & Sage Rub. Firmly pat onto and under the turkey flesh. Sprinkle the cavity of the turkey a little as well.
2. Optional: Rub the butter underneath and over the turkey skin, especially the breast area, for a delicious butter-rubbed turkey.
3. Stuffing: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of Rosemary & Sage Rub. Thoroughly mix with the stuffing mix and melted butter. Pour into a foil pack and roast at 350°F (177°C) for 40 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
