Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Not only a delicious snack but a health-booster too with minerals and vitamins. Eating only a small amount of them can provide you with a substantial quantity of healthy fats, magnesium and zinc.
 
It's that time of year and Halloween is full of pumpkin carving fun. Try our easy roasted pumpkin seeds recipe for a healthy and crunchy fall inspired snack
 
Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

Step 1 : Scoop it, De-Goop It, Dry It!

Open up your pumpkin and scoop out the filling.  De-goop (our super technical term for removing the pulp) your pumpkin seeds of all the extra pulp and inner pumpkiny stuff

Lay your pumpkin seeds flat inside a pan and allow them to dry overnight (do NOT wash them! The dried pumpkin flavor adds texture and flavor when roasted)

Step 2 : Roast them

Preheat your oven to 250 degress F

In a small bowl, melt butter, worcesterchire sauce and add your Do You Bake? seasonings of choice

Coat your pumpkin seeds in your mixture and bake for 45 minutes, stirring your pumpkin seeds every 10 minutes

Allow them to cool completely and enjoy.
