YOU WILL NEED - BLONDIES

  •          ½ cup pumpkin puree
  •          2 large egg yolks
  •          ½ cup melted butter

YOU WILL NEED – FROSTING

  •          1 brick (8oz) cream cheese, soft

DIRECTIONS

 

  1.       Preheat oven to 350F
  2.       Remove two clear packages found inside your pouch
  3.       Empty contents of pouch into a medium-sized bowl. Add egg yolks, pumpkin and melted (but cooled) butter to your dry mix.  Mix your wet and dry ingredients together until fully incorporated
  4.       Parchment line or spray an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
  5.       Pour blondies batter into your prepared pan
  6.       Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes until edges are slightly brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  7.       Remove blondies from oven and let cool completely before frosting
  8.       In a clean bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium-high speed.  Empty contents of MEDIUM clear bag into your cream cheese and beat once again on medium-high speed until fully incorporated into your cream cheese and light and fluffy
  9.       Spread your frosting onto your cooled blondies
  10.   Open SMALL unlabeled bag and sprinkle your pecans on top

Refrigerate and cut into squares
