This seasoning is great for use in just about everything for garlic-lovers. I made garlic bread for our pasta night and OMG! It was the best garlic bread I've ever made! Beats store-bought bread and even most restaurants that I've been to. The garlic takes a definite stand in this seasoning, but doesn't overpower the other herbs, making it pretty universal in use in cooking or baking. Non-garlic lovers should try it, as the flavors meld together so that the garlic is there, but not overwhelming.
