YOU WILL NEED :

  •          1/3  cup coconut oil melted (or butter)
  •          ½ c maple syrup (or agave or honey)

DIRECTIONS

  1.    Preheat oven to 325F
  2.    Combine your maple syrup and coconut oil together and whisk to combine. 
  3.    Pour the contents found directly inside your pouch into a large bowl followed by your combined syrup and oil mixture. 
  4.     Blend your dry and wet ingredients together. Stir to combine until all the oats and seeds are thoroughly coated. If still dry, add a little extra syrup 1 tablespoon at a time until fully coated. Arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet and spread onto an even layer
  5.     Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and turn it around so that the other side goes in first (in other words, rotate it completely).
  6.     Bake another 7 to 9 minutes, watching carefully so you do not let it burn.  You will know it is done with the granola is golden brown and fragrant.
  7.     Remove from oven and cool completely before breaking up.  Once cool, break up into clumps. 
  8.     Store in a sealed bag or container at room temperature for 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to a month
