YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

1. Line an 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl add banana, peanut butter and honey. Stir until the mixture has come together and is creamy.

3. Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into your wet mixture and combine well.

4. Spread mixture into your lined pan with your hands, pressing down and spreading evenly. About ½” chick. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until firm.

5. Cut into 8 squares. Wrap squares individually or store in an airtight container and refrigerate them for up to a week. You can also freeze your squares individually for up to a month
