My Guilt Free–Berry Oat Bran Muffin

YOU WILL NEED:

•          1 medium banana, ripe and mashed or ¼  cup unsweetened applesauce for a lower sugar alternative
•          ¼  cup Greek yogurt
•          1/3 cup milk
•          3T canola oil (vegetable oil works fine too)
•          2 eggs

DIRECTIONS

1.       Preheat oven to 350F
2.      Empty contents of large bag into a large mixing bowl
3.      Add in wet ingredients
4.      Mix to combine (do not over mix)
5.      Lightly grease muffin tins or line your individual tin cups with paper liners. Fill your tins 2/3 to ¾ full
6.      Bake in preheated oven for 20 – 24 minutes, until tops spring bag lightly to the touch and a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean. Allow to cool completely.
