YOU WILL NEED: MEATLOAF

  •          2 pounds meatloaf mix or ground beef
  •          1 egg, large
  •          2 tablespoons milk

YOU WILL NEED: GLAZE

  •          2/3 cup ketchup
  •          1 tablespoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1.      Remove clear bag from pouch and cut bag open. Pour contents into a medium sized bowl and add ketchup and vinegar. Set aside
  2.      Preheat oven to 350F
  3.      In a separate clean bowl add your meatloaf mix or ground beef along with your egg, milk and contents of your pouch. Mix together, blending your wet and dry ingredients together
  4.      Shape your meatloaf mix into a meatloaf or place in a loaf pan.  (we love making ours round in shape and placing it on a lightly greased pan).  Pour ½ of your glaze on top
  5.      Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered, remove the meatloaf, and add the rest of your glaze.  Return to oven and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes until your meatloaf is cooked through and meat is no longer pink
  6.      Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes and slice.

 

Great served with a side of mashed potatoes and steamed green beans!
