You will need: 2 tablespoons (30ml) HOT water, 1 cup (237ml) whipping (not whipped) cream, 1 cup (237ml) plain Greek or regular yogurt
Directions: In a medium bowl, combine the contents of the package with the hot water. Stir well to combine. Allow this mixture to sit for 2 minutes until the mix is dissolved. Add the cream and the yogurt and mix until smooth and blended. No not over mix. Pour the mixture into prepared freeze-pop trays and insert the stick. Freeze until solid, approximately 24 hours.
Makes 10 to 12 average-sized pops
