You will need:
2 pounds (900g) ground beef
2 large eggs
potatoes and onions to taste (optional)
Line a 5 or 6 quart (5.5 or 6.5 liters) slow cooker with foil. In a medium bowl, add the contents of the package to the beef and the eggs and combine well. Add the meat mixture to the slow cooker. Place the cut-up vegetables around the meat. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours until the meatloaf is cooked through and tender. Avoid opening the lid of the slow cooker as much as possible to allow consistent cooking.
