Makes one loaf.

YOU WILL NEED:

  •          2 large eggs
  •          2/3 cup milk
  •          ½ cup soft butter
  •          ½ tablespoon milk + ½ tablespoon butter for glaze
  •          3 ripe bananas mashed

 

DIRECTIONS

  1.       Preheat oven to 350F
  2.       Prepare a loaf pan (9 x 5) – Grease well or parchment line
  3.       Remove clear bag from pouch, set aside
  4.       In a large mixing bowl cream butter. Add eggs and milk and blend together. Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into the bowl and mix your wet and dry ingredients together just until combined. Add Bananas to your mix and stir once again until combined
  5.       Transfer mixture to your prepared pan
  6.       Bake 55 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted into bread comes out clean
  7.       Cool completely before adding glaze
  8.       For Glaze: Mix together melted butter, milk and contents of your pouch. Remove bread from pan and drizzle the glaze on top
  9.       Slice and serve. Enjoy!
