YOU WILL NEED:  

  • 1 ¼ CUPS (296mL) warm water 

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the contents of the package with the water.  

  1. Stir gently to combine.  

  1. Add the egg and mix gently again. Allow this mixture to sit for 10 minutes.   

  1. Again, gently stir mixture to fully incorporate all ingredients without breaking fruit. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and bring the pan up to temperature.   

  1. Spoon pancake mixture into the pan; dropping to your favorite size of pancake, allowing room between cakes for spreading.  

  1. Cook for two minutes, or until browned on one side, with tiny bubbles appearing on the surface.  

  1. Carefully flip and brown on second side for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove from heat and plate your pancakes, adding a dollop of butter to the top of each. Serve warm with your favorite pancake topping or syrup.
