JUST ADD 

Eggs 

Butter 

 

YOU WILL NEED 

  • ½ cup egg whites 

  • 3 whole eggs 

  • ½ cup melted butter, slightly cooled 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Line a 9x9 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.  

  1. Empty egg whites into a large bowl and beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.  Empty contents of SMALL unlabeled bag into your egg whites and resume beating with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Your egg whites should be slightly glossy and stiff.  Set aside 

  1. In a separate large bowl beat eggs.  Beat butter into eggs.   

  1. Empty contents of large unlabeled bag into your eggs and butter and beat until your mix comes together (it will be dry) 

  1. Gently fold in your egg whites using a spoon or spatula until mix is fully combined.  

  1. Once the mixture is combined, pour into your loaf pan lined with parchment paper.  

  1. Evenly spread top of batter on the loaf pan 

  1. Let your loaf pan filled with batter rest for 20 minutes in a warm spot covered with a warm damp tea towel 

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F 

  1. Bake in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes.  The bread is cooked with golden brown on the top and it sounds hollow when you tap on it 

  1. Let cool in your loaf pan for at least 30 minutes before you remove from the tin and leave to completely cool on a rack.
