Creamy Cauliflower KETO Soup Recipe



Wash and cut your cauliflower into large chunks.  Empty your cauliflower into a large pot of lightly salted water

Turn stove-top burner on HIGH and bring water to a boil (with cauliflower)

Cook Cauliflower until fork tender (but not mushy)

Reserve 2 cups of cauliflower water liquid. Set aside

Drain cauliflower. Set aside

In a medium sized saucepan on medium heat, melt butter and add onion.  Sautee onion until they begin to soften. 

Add your Do You Bake? Creamy Garlic Sauce blend and mix thoroughly.  Add your drained cauliflower to the pot and give your contents a good stir.

Finally slowly pour 1 cup of of your cauliflower water into the pot along with all of your cream

Stir your soup contents until blended and add an additional 1/2 cup of your cauliflower water

Using an immersion blender (or transfer your soup mix to a blender), blend until you reach creamy consistency

Adjust consistency with additional reserved water as desired

Serve topped with scallions, bacon, cheddar cheese or roasted cauliflower bites
