JUST ADD:

Chicken 

Eggs 

Tomato/pasta sauce 

Mozzarella cheese 

 

YOU WILL NEED 

  • 4 – 6 pieces of chicken 

  • 4 eggs, beaten lightly 

  • 1 – 2 jars tomato or pasta sauce (no sugar added, low carb) 

  • 1 – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (optional) 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.   

  1. Lightly coat a casserole pan (9x13) with olive oil and pour enough pasta or tomato sauce onto the bottom to coat the bottom surface.  Gently spread the tomato sauce around the bottom of your casserole pan and set aside.  

  1. Beat eggs in a small but wide bowl 

  1. In your second bowl empty the contents of your KETO chicken parmesan mix.  

  1. Pound your chicken thin (or you can opt to butterfly your chicken too) to about 1” thickness, as evenly thick as you can.  

  1. HEAT a large skillet with olive oil or coconut oil to medium high heat 

  1. Dip each piece of chicken into your egg and then into your KETO chicken parmesan mixture.  

  1. BROWN each side of your chicken in your skillet for about 1 – 2 minutes a side. Remove chicken from your pan and place each piece of chicken into your casserole dish. Repeat with all of your chicken 

  1. Pour remaining tomato sauce on top and add optional shredded mozzarella cheese 

  1. BAKE in the preheated oven covered for 30 and then UNCOVERED for the last 10 minutes of baking, until chicken is cooked through. 

  1. Serve with veggie noodles or a salad.  

  1. Delicious with a slice of Do You Bake KETO bread turned into Garlic Bread using Do You Bake? Oh La La Garlic Bread Seasoning and Butter.  

Note: This dish freezes really well.  You can make ahead and freeze, thaw in your fridge the night before and bake as directed for an easy weeknight pre-prepped meal
