YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 tablespoon (15mL) oil
  • 4 beef patties (made by you or store bought)
  • Burger buns and toppings of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Form your burger patties (this rub works GREAT on pre-made store bought burger patties and adds extra level-up juicy-ness to even a flavored or stuffed burger.
  2. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of rub to a plate. You only need about ½ teaspoon per burger patty (quarter pound size)
  3. Place your patties onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with a bit of oil. Sprinkle seasoning blend on top of each burger patty and rub it gently over the entire surface. Flip each burger and repeat.  Grill, bake or pan-fry to desired done-ness. Adding a dash of seasoning right when the burgers are removed from the heat source adds extra flavor.
