YOU WILL NEED: CAKE

  •          2 large eggs
  •          ½ cup milk
  •          ½ cup very very soft butter
  •          4 to 5 apples, peeled and cored (chop or slice, up to you!)

YOU WILL NEED: GLAZE

  •          1 tablespoon soft butter
  •          1 to 2 tablespoons milk or cream

DIRECTIONS

 

  1.       Preheat oven to 375F
  2.       Grease and flour (or spray) a 9” bundt pan, tube pan or a 9x13 pan.
  3.       Remove 2 clear bags found inside your pouch
  4.       Peel, core, and cut your apples. Pour your apples into a large bowl.  Open LARGE clear bag (cinnamon sugar) and toss your apples in your cinnamon sugar so that they are all coated well. Set bowl aside
  5.       Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk and soft butter. Blend your dry and wet ingredients until they are fully incorporated.  Your batter will be VERY thick. 
  6.       Options
  7.        Pour your entire cake batter into your prepared pan. Wet your hands slightly and spread your batter evenly in the pan.  Top with apples
  8.       Pour HALF your cake batter into your prepared pan. Wet your hands slightly and spread your batter evenly in the pan. Top with HALF your apples. Repeat, topping with remaining apples
  9.        Dump your apples into your cake batter and blend your apples and cake together. Pour your mixture into your prepared pan. Wet your hands slightly and spread your batter evenly in the pan
  10.       Bake your cake in your preheated oven.  If using a bundt or tube pan, your baking time will be 50 to 60 minutes. If using a 9 x 13 pan, your baking time will be 40 to 50 minutes. Test your cake with a toothpick. Once inserted, if it comes out almost clean then your cake is fully baked. Allow it to cool completed inside your pan
  11.       Glaze: Empty contents of your clear bag (with white chocolate chips) into a medium sized saucepan along with butter and milk.  Mix to combine. Heat your glaze mix on low heat just until your chocolate is melted and a thick glaze forms. For a thinner glaze add additional milk. Pour your custard glaze over your cooling cake. Serve and enjoy
