YOU WILL NEED:

  •          2 large eggs
  •          2/3 cup vegetable oil
  •          1 ½ cups shredded carrots

 

DIRECTIONS

  1.       Preheat oven to 350F
  2.       Prepare a loaf pan (9 x 5) – Grease well or parchment line
  3.       Crack eggs into a medium sized mixing bowl. Beat until fluffy
  4.       Add contents found inside your pouch into the eggs along with vegetable oil and carrots. Mix until your wet and dry ingredients are incorporated, do not over mix
  5.       Pour bread mix into your prepared loaf pan
  6.       Place your bread into your preheated oven for about an hour. Test for done-ness with a toothpick. If batter sticks to your toothpick, continue to bake until done
  7.       Remove bread from oven and allow it to cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
