You will need:
1/2 cup (118ml) mayonnaise
8 ounces (230g) softened cream cheese
1/2 cup (118ml) grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (118ml) diced canned or frozen artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons (30g) parmesan cheese
Combine the contents of the packet with the mayonnaise and cream cheese and beat with a mixer until thoroughly combined. Stir in the artichokes and mozzarella cheese and spoon into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until it begins to brown on top. Serve warm with chips, vegetables or toasted pita pieces.
