YOU WILL NEED  

  • 2 large eggs 

  • 1 egg yolk, large  

  • ½ cup soft butter 

  • 1 egg white for your egg wash 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F 

  1. Remove clear pouch found inside your bag, set aside 

  1. Parchment line a large baking sheet and set aside 

  1. In the bottom of a large bowl add your eggs, egg yolk and butter. Beat mixture on medium high speed until fully combined and light and fluffy 

  1. Empty contents found directly inside your pouch. Beat your dry and wet ingredients together until a slightly sticky dough forms.   

  1. Pour dough out onto your parchment lined baking sheet and form it into the shape of a loaf  

  1. Brush the egg white onto the top and sides of your loaf 

  1. Open the small package (found in step 2) and sprinkle it evenly on top of your loaf.  

  1. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until your loaf is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean 

  1. Cool completely and then cut lengthwise to make your biscotti cookies.
