YOU WILL NEED

  •          3/4 cup water
  •          1 large egg, lightly beaten
  •          2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (swap options : melted butter, vegetable oil, sour cream)
  •          melted coconut oil or melted butter for your snickerdoodle top

DIRECTIONS

  1.       Remove small pouch from your package and set aside
  2.       Preheat oven to 425F
  3.       Empty contents of large pouch into a medium bowl
  4.       Pour wet ingredients into the center of your dry mix and using a wooden or plastic spoon, mix your wet and dry ingredients JUST until mixed through. Do not over mix or over beat
  5.       Fill muffin lined or greased/sprayed muffin tin wells ½ to 2/3 way filled with your batter.  If using paper liners, you can fill your muffin tin wells up to ¾ full
  6.       Place muffin tin inside your preheated oven for 5 minutes at 425F and then turn heat down to 350F for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until tops of muffins are lightly golden and toothpick inserted into center comes out almost clean
  7.       Remove muffins from tin and cool completely before dipping into your snickerdoodle top

Empty contents of small pouch onto a plate. Brush tops of your muffin with water, melted butter or melted coconut oil and then dip into your snickerdoodle mix
