As a Spread : Mix 2 tablespoons dip mix with 1 package of cream cheese (8oz) and 1 cup mayonnaise. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight.
As a Dip : Mix 2 tablespoons dip mix with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with chips or vegetables
As a Tortellini Soup Starter : Heat 4 cups vegetable broth with 1 1/2 cups frozen tortellini and 2 tablespoons of your Harvest Vegetable mix. Bring to a boil and then simmer. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese
