Makes 12 donuts.

YOU WILL NEED: FOR DONUTS

  •          ½ cup vegetable oil
  •          3 large eggs
  •          1 ½ cups pumpkin puree

YOU WILL NEED: ICING

  •          2 tablespoons butter
  •          1 to 2 tablespoons milk or water

 

DIRECTIONS

  1.     Preheat oven to 350F
  2.     Remove 2 small clear bags from pouch, set aside
  3.     Small unlabeled bag – your sprinkles
  4.     Medium unlabeled bag – your icing
  5.     Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into a large clean bowl
  6.     Add eggs, oil and pumpkin puree to your bowl. Using a spoon combine the wet and dry ingredients until fully blended and combined.  Do not over mix
  7.     Generously spray a donut pan (or grease and flour)
  8.     Fill the wells of your donut pan about ¾ full, using about a scant ¼ cup of batter in each well. 
  9.     Bake the donuts for 10 to 13 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
  10.     Remove donuts from the oven and cool for about 5 minutes.  Loosen the edges and transfer them o a rack to cool
  11.     To Coat: Empty contents of your medium unlabeled bag into a clean bowl. Add butter and beat together.  Add milk or water starting with 1 to 2 teaspoons and beat on medium speed until fully incorporated and your icing is smooth.
  12. Dip your donuts into your icing and transfer them back to your wire rack. Before your icing cools completely, toss a few of your sprinkles onto your donuts and any other fun Halloween decorations you have, as desired.
  13. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Freezes well.
