YOU WILL NEED: CRUMB BASE 

  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil 

 

YOU WILL NEED : CHEESECAKE 

  • 8oz light cream cheese, softened to room temperature (one brick) 

  • 2 cups whipped topping or already whipped cream cheese 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F 

  1. Line the bottom and sides of an 8” or 9” square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on all sides for easy lifting. Set aside 

  1. Remove clear bag found inside pouch and set aside 

  1. Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into a medium sized bowl. Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.  Evenly press crust into prepared baking pan.  

  1. Bake crust for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside 

  1. In a large bowl using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat cream cheese on high speed until fluffy. About a minute.   

  1. Increase speed to medium high, add contents of clear bag (removed in step 3) into your wet mixture and beat until everything is combined and no lumps remain 

  1. Carefully fold in your whipped topping (with a spatula) until your mixture is combined. 

  1. Pour filling into crust.  

  1. FREEZE your bars until they JUST get firm. Score them with a knife or cut them completely through and store your bites in the freezer (we find using a knife dipped in warm water cuts through best)
