Green Gobblin Puffed Cereal Mix

Remove clear bag found inside pouch, set aside

YOU WILL NEED

• 1/3 cup + 3 tablespoons syrup of choice (sugar free, maple, agave, honey as eg)
• 1 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons water or nut milk

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. In a food processor or high powered blender, add contents found inside your pouch and all your wet ingredients (starting with your wet, then adding the dry)
4. Pulse your ingredients until the mixture comes together. If too dry, add extra water or nut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
5. Transfer mixture to a small mixing bowl
6. Pinch off dough and form little balls the size of small grapes and place them on your prepared baking sheet
7. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through the baking time to make sure the cereal does not burn.
8. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
9. Open small clear bag and pour contents into a small bowl. Add ½ teaspoon water and blend together. Add more water for a thinner consistency using ½ teaspoon at a time.
10. Pour your cereal into a large bowl and drizzle your drizzler on top, tossing your cereal to coat.
11. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the fridge for 7 to 10 days.
