Cookie monsters, rejoice! A low carb and low in sugar alternative to that indulgent dessert you love! We've combined high quality oat flour, oat fiber and coconut flour with erythritol powder, turbinado and brown sugars. Mixed with dark chocolate chips & sugar free chocolate chips. YOU WILL NEED  

  • 2 large eggs, beaten lightly 

  • ½ cup melted butter, slightly cooled 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Parchment line or grease an 8” or 9” round skillet. Set aside 

  1. Preheat oven 350F 

  1. Empty contents found inside your pouch into a bowl. Add your wet ingredients and mix until fully combined 

  1. Pour cookie mix into the bottom of your skillet and press flat 

  1. Bake your giant cookie for 12 to 18 minutes until edges are golden and middle is baked through 

  1. Remove from oven and cool. Cut your giant cookie into 8 wedges while still slightly warm and serve, eat or enjoy with ice cream 

Tips and tricks!!


  • Make them as a Giant cookie or make them into bars! Both work. I sliced my vars into 16 squares.

  • Level up the nutrition and use nut butter instead of all butter. I used a half cup of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons melted butter instead of full butter along with 2 eggs (they needed to bake 30 mins for this variation).

  • This mix is infused with real protein powder. Cold and dry weather makes this mix dry as you mix it. If it's not coming together enough to make a stiff dough, then just add in a tablespoon or two of water until it comes together.

  • Super delicious and you can eat a quarter of this cookie (or 4 pieces in my case) for less sugar than what you find in a traditional candy bar.

  • Also goes great slightly warmed beneath a scoop of your fave vanilla or chocolate frozen yogurt (to keep it healthier of course)!
