You will need:
½ cup (119ml) honey, 2 tablespoons (30g) butter
Directions:
Place the contents of the package into a medium bowl and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring the honey and butter to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Allow it to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour directly over the contents of the bowl you set aside.
If your mix is too dry or if you like a sweeter bar, quickly add another tablespoon (15ml) of honey and stir it in.
Using a lightly greased 8”x8” (20cm x 20cm) parchment lined pan, empty the mixture to the pan and press firmly, filling the pan to the edges and the top smooth.
Refrigerate until firm; at least 1 hour. Remove from the pan and cut into squares.
