MAKE BURGER BUNS

YOU WILL NEED

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ to 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 large egg

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl combine ¾ cups water with 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Add your egg and whisk into your oil and water mixture
  2. Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into your bowl. Mix your wet and dry ingredients together until you form a soft dough. If your mixture is too dry, add additional water 2 tablespoons at a time until you reach soft dough consistency
  3. Turn your dough out onto a parchment-lined surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Divide your dough into 12 pieces and shape each into a ball. Place each roll 3 inches apart on a well-greased baking sheet.
  4. Preheat oven to 425F
  5. Cover your rolls with a piece of plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove plastic wrap and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pans onto wire racks to cool

Make Your Bruschetta Topping

You Will Need

  • 2 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
  • ¼ cup finely diced white onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Add all your chopped vegetables to a medium-sized bowl. Empty contents found in your unlabeled bag into your tomato mixture. Stir to coat. Drizzle Olive oil on top and stir once again. Let sit at room temperature until serving (we recommend at least a half hour). Stir a couple of times to allow the flavors to combine

Make Your Aoli Dipping Sauce

You Will Need:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Contents found inside bag #1

Directions
Add mayonnaise and contents found inside bag #1 to a small bowl. Stir to combine. Cover the bowl and refrigerate at least an hour before serving

Make your Burgers :

You Will Need:

  • 1 to 1 ½ pound of ground beef

Directions

  1. Separate your ground beef into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion in between your hands to form a ball.
  2. Flatten each ball and form a burger pattie round
  3. Lightly brush each round with a little olive oil and press each side into your burger seasoning.
  4. Let rest for 30 minutes on your countertop before cooking
  5. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add a little vegetable oil to your pan
  6. Sear your burgers for 1 to 2 minutes per side until they reach your desired done-ness. Keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with fries, special sauce, burger buns, and your fave toppings

Fries!

  1. Preheat oven 425F
  2. Cut your potatoes into your favorite French fry shape. Lightly toss your fries in oil.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with a spray to prevent sticking. Lay your fries onto your tray (do not overcrowd), maintaining as much space between fries as possible.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping a couple of times through until slightly crispy and soft. Serve with your aoili
