YOU WILL NEED:  

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard or mayonnaise 

  • 7 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil, divided 

  • 4 (10oz – 12oz) 1-inch bone-in center cut pork chops 

  • 1 pound potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch pieces (about 3 cups) 

  • ½ pound green beans, tops and ends cut 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425F with oven rack about 6 inches from the heat element (top of your oven) 

  1. Pour mustard or mayonnaise onto a large dish 

  1. In a second large flat dish, empty contents of MEDIUM UNLABELED BAG (the contents may be directly in your pouch and not in a separate bag).   

  1. Rub pork chops with mustard or mayonnaise and then dredge 1 side of your pork chop into your flat dish with the contents of your medium unlabeled bag 

  1. Place pork onto a baking sheet lined in aluminum foil OR greased extremely well with oil. Make sure the dredged side is facing p 

  1. In a separate bowl toss together potatoes, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil along with contents in your SMALL UNLABELED BAG.  

  1. Arrange potatoes around pork chops 

  1. Bake in a preheated oven until a thermometer inserted in the thickest portion of your pork registers 118F (usually 18 to 20 mins) 

  1. In a small bowl, toss your green beans with 1 tablespoon of oil and with contents of your SMALL BAG #1.   

  1. Increase temperature of your oven to BROIL. Toss your green beans around your pork and potatoes.  Broil pork until it registers 135F and vegetables are tender. It usually only takes 2 – 4 minutes. Watch closely so your food doesn’t burn. 

  1. Remove from oven and let pork rest 5 minutes before serving.
