YOU WILL NEED - CUPCAKES

  •          ½ cup milk
  •          ½ cup sour cream
  •          ½ cup soft butter
  •          1/3 cup egg whites, room temperature
  •          Mix found inside your pouch

YOU WILL NEED – COOKIE DOUGH

  •          1 tablespoon milk
  •          ¼ cup soft butter
  •          Medium unlabeled bag

YOU WILL NEED – COOKIE DOUGH ICING

  •          ½ cup butter, soft
  •          ½ tablespoon cream or milk
  •          Bag #1

DIRECTIONS

  1.     Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C )
  2.     Remove both clear pouches found inside your bag and set aside
  3.     Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into your bowl
  4.     Add eggs all your wet ingredients to your bowl (milk, sour cream, egg whites, butter). Beat on medium speed just until your cupcake mix comes together (be careful not to overbeat. This is what causes cupcakes to rise and fall in the middle)
  5.     Scoop mix into well-greased and floured or paper-lined muffin tins. Fill each well 2/3 of the way full to prevent over rising
  6.     Bake your cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  7.     Make Cookie Dough: while your cupcakes are baking, make your cookie dough. Combine wet and dry ingredients together until your cookie dough forms.  Roll cookie dough into balls and set aside.
  8.     Remove cupcakes from oven and cool for 4 minutes. Remove from pan and immediately push your cookie dough balls into center of each warm cupcake.  Let cool completely on a wire rack
  9.     Make Frosting : BEAT your butter until light and fluffy. Add your milk and beat again. Add contents found in Bag #1 and beat until your icing is smooth and fluffy. Add pieces of your cookie dough into your butter cream and fold in with a spatula
  10. Frost cupcakes

Option: Instead of adding cookie dough to your buttercream, you can flatten your leftover cookie dough in ‘cookie shapes’ and add it as a decoration to each cupcake.
