YOU WILL NEED 

Option 1 – Nut Butter Cookie Dough Bars 

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 

  • ½ cup nut butter of choice 

  • ¼ cup sugar free syrup or other syrup of choice 

Option 2 – Just Plain ol Cookie dough 

  • 1/3 cup sugar free syrup of choice 

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or ghee / butter 

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Add your wet ingredients to a mixing bowl and microwave it for 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Cool slightly to prevent your chocolate chips from melting 

  1. Empty contents found directly inside your pouch into the bowl with your wet ingredients and stir until well combined and mixed.   

  1. Transfer the cookie dough to a parchment lined loaf pan. For thinner bars use a 8x8 pan.  Freeze for 1 hour. When ready to serve, thaw slightly and use a sharp knife to cut into 16 squares.  

  1. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer in a sealed container or bag
