You will need:
- 2 tablespoons (28g) cold butter
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) molasses
- 1-2/3 cups (393g) lukewarm water
Bread maker instructions:
Add the contents of the packet to the bread bowl and then add the wet ingredients. Set your bread maker on the 2 pound loaf setting; whole wheat bread setting; your favorite crust setting. Press start and let the bread bake. When finished, remove the bread immediately from the bread maker and allow it to cool before enjoying a delicious loaf of bread.
Chef’s tip: whenever making a yeast bread, be sure your water is warm but not hot. Water which is too hot will kill the yeast and your bread won’t rise.
