You will need:
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons (108ml) honey, 1 tablespoon (15g) butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (149°C)
Empty the contents of the mix bag into a medium sized bowl and set aside. In a small saucepan, melt the honey and the butter together with the contents of the small bag (brown color contents) over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from the heat. Carefully pour the hot honey mixture into the bowl with the mix bag contents. Mix together well.
Add roughly 2 tablespoons (10g) of the chips from the chips bag to the mixture and stir quickly and carefully, being careful not to melt the chips.
Press the mixture into a lightly greased, parchment lined 8”x8” (20cm x 20cm) pan. Sprinkle the remaining chips on top and press firmly into the bars.
Bake at 300°F (149°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is lightly golden brown.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes in the pan. Remove from the pan and cut into 8 bars. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
