YOU WILL NEED :

  •          ¼ cup mixed with 8 to 10oz water or nut milk

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1.   Add your protein powder along with your water or nut milk to a shaker cup. Add lid and shake until dissolved. Enjoy

  • Use unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) as your liquid because it is low in calories and high in vitamins and minerals, and also gives a good consistency

  •          ¼ cup mint leaves
  •          1 frozen banana
  •          1 tablespoon sugar free syrup of choice
  •          ¼ cup protein powder

 

Chocolate Coffee Smoothie

  •          ½ cup cold brew coffee
  •          ½ cup nut milk of choice
  •          Frozen ice cubes (handful) or a ½ frozen avocado
  •          1 to 2 tablespoons sugar free syrup of choice
  •          Topping : whipped cream and chocolate shavings
  •          ¼ cup protein powder
