You will need:
1-1/2 cups (360 ml) water, 2 large eggs lightly beaten, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter if desired
Empty the contents of the package into a large bowl. Add water and eggs and mix well. Small lumps are fine. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add a dab of butter if desired to create a nonstick surface.
Drop about 1/4 cup (60 ml) of batter onto the skillet. Drop as many pancakes as fit without touching each other or the sides of the pan, allowing room to spread. Allow the pancakes to cook on one side until small bubbles begin forming on the surface of the pancake. Carefully flip and cook the bottom until it is slightly browned. Serve with a dab of butter and your favorite syrup or fruit.
