YOU WILL NEED:

  • 2 cups milk (or nut milk). 

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten. 

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or melted coconut oil. 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F and spray or parchment line an 8x8 inch square baking dish. 

  1. Empty contents of pouch into a large bowl 

  1. Add all wet ingredients into your bowl with dry ingredients.  Stir to combine your wet and dry ingredients together. 

  1. Pour oatmeal mixture into prepared baking dish. 

  1. Top with any additional blueberries desired (optional) 

  1. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden.  Remove your oatmeal cake from the coven and let it cool a few minutes.  Cut into 12 slices and serve. Top with extra blueberries, blueberry sauce or maple syrup if desired.  

Storage: store in refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 4 days. 

Reheat: Reheat in microwave for about a minute. Or in oven, cover leftover baked oatmeal with foil and reheat at 350F for bout 5 to 10 minutes.
