You will need:
1/3 cup (78ml) softened butter
1 large egg
1. In a medium bowl, combine the contents of the packet with the wet ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
2. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9"x9" (23cm x 23cm) baking dish. For best results, avoid aluminum or disposable bakeware.
3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 0 F (177 0 c) until golden brown on top.
4. Allow cooling completely then cut and serve.
