Chocolate Granola is a deliciously crunchy ice cream topping, rich addition to your morning yogurt, or just a good chocolate snack! Looking for an excuse to eat chocolate at breakfast? Well this is the best snack and cereal in town and takes less than 10 minutes to prep!

Ingredients
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 box Do You Bake? Gourmet Brownies Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey (or agave/maple syrup)
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup cranberries
1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
1- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
2- Line a standard-sized baking sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper and set aside
3- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats (any dry extra optional additions) and Do You Bake? Gourmet Brownie Mix
4- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the oil along with the honey (and peanut butter if you decide to turn this into a chocolate peanut butter granola). Heat for 45 seconds at a time, stirring at each interval until all wet ingredients are combined.
5- Pour wet mixture over the dry ingredients and toss to combine. Make sure everything is coated.
6- Spread onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, stirring at every 10.
7- Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least an hour before serving and breaking apart.
8- Store in an air-tight container for up to a week
