Our mix features a signature fudgy dark brownie bottom and a berry-filled cheesecake mix complete with real raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries.  The combination between dark chocolate fudgy brownie and creamy berry cheesecake with a little sweet, creamy, and tart balances perfectly

Makes a 9x9 panful of double-decker deliciousness.

 

NOTE: We use NATURAL coloring. Natural coloring made with plant-based / dried plant fruit fades more when baked. A naturally baked red velvet product will be less vibrant than a fake colored baked product.

YOU WILL NEED : BROWNIE LAYER 

  • ½ cup soft butter 

  • 2 eggs, large 

 

YOU WILL NEED : CHEESECAKE LAYER 

  • 2 eggs, large 

  • 8oz (1 brick) soft cream cheese 

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (177C) 

  1. Brownie layer :  Add butter to bottom of a medium sized bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat once more until combined.  Add contents of your LARGE bag (or contents found directly inside your pouch) and mix your dry and wet ingredients together until a batter forms (it will be stiff).  Pour batter into a parchment lined 8x8 or 9x9 square pan and spread the top until even and smooth. Set aside.  

  1. Cheesecake Layer : Add cream cheese to a clean medium sized bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.  Add eggs and sour cream or Greek Yogurt and beat once again until mixture is completely combined and smooth.  Empty contents of SMALL unlabeled bag (pink / red mix) into your wet mixture and beat until fully combined.  Pour your cheesecake mixture onto your brownie layer and smooth the top with a spatula.   

  1. BAKE in your preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes until your cheesecake layer is set (the top may crack a little) and slightly firm.  

  1. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing 

  1. Refrigerate in a container with a lid.
