YOU WILL NEED :  

  • ½ cup butter, melted and cooled (or coconut oil) 

  • 1 avocado (fully ripe), pit removed and skin removed 

 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. For a thinner fudge use an 8x8 inch pan. For a thicker fudge use a standard sized loaf pan: 9” x 5” 

  1. Line your pan with lightly greased parchment paper. 

  1. Add melted butter along with ripe avocado to a high-powered blender. Puree until super smooth. Be sure there are no chunks of avocado left. 

  1. Transfer your puree to a saucepan and place over low heat.  Add contents found inside your pouch, a little a time and incorporate (stir) to combine well.  Continue adding the dry mix contents until it has been fully incorporated.  Your mixture will be thick. If your mixture is too thick, add a little water until your mixture loosens slightly.  The thicker the mixture, the thicker the fudge 

  1. Transfer mixture to your prepared pan 

  1. Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours or freeze  

  1. Slice up into 16 squares and enjoy 

 

Additional fun options: add nuts! Walnuts, pecans, and even peanuts go great with this fudge! Try sprinkling a little Himalayan pink sea salt on top too!
